You can now file an Alabama Incident/Offense Report here on our website. Go to the Menu and click Forms. From there you will see our Incident Report Form where you can type in your information for us to review. Please allow us 24-48 hours to review your report and have it ready for you. If you have any questions about a report you've filed, you can call our office @ 256-332-8811. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m to 5 p.m. Please make sure your report is as accurate and detailed as possible.
